The most satisfying training and development activities are those in which we are entertained, informed, and challenged. It's no coincidence that the greatest works of drama do exactly the same. A truly satisfying evening in the theatre or the cinema will not only entertain you, it will leave you feeling you have learned something about yourself and others – and it will have challenged your views in some way.

What we do is bring drama to the workplace. We work with suppliers and buyers of training and development to write and perform bespoke plays and sketches which:

• Make the audience laugh – recognising the foibles and in-jokes of their own situation

• Make the audience think – by confronting them with the limitations of 'the way we do things'

• Involve the audience in creating a 'happy ending' – by bringing them into the action as directors and/or protagonists to explore how the situation can be improved
